Support Policy

Help

We support our products and custom development completely.  We will address any design issues or defect encountered in a timely manner.

We may require administrative access to your site to diagnose issues and/or to verify configuration of our products, etc.  We may also require FTP access to your site to enable diagnostic logging or to reveiw configuration issues.  On rare occasions we may also require access to your database to review data associate with our products and/or interation with standard data in the system.

Support means verifying the correct behavior of our products as it relates to the functionality they were designed to address.  We are interested in your feedback and suggestions, however additional features you request will be added to our products at our discretion.
